Controller

What we collect
Account name, email, tax ID, billing address and API key metadata. Call metadata: listing, timestamp, status, latency and payload size. We do not store payload content by default. Support messages you send by email or WhatsApp.
Roles
For seller endpoints, the seller is the processor of the payload and we are a sub-processor only for transport and metering. For our own website analytics, we are the controller. Each seller publishes its own data residency and retention on the listing.
Retention
Call metadata: 24 months. Invoices: six years under Spanish tax law. Support conversations: two years. Debug traces, when a seller opts in: 24 hours, then deleted.
Sharing
Stripe for payments, our hosting and email providers, and the seller whose listing you invoked. No data brokers, no advertising networks, no sale of personal data.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection by writing to hola@agentshop24.com. We answer within 30 days. You can complain to the AEPD.
